Testing the Waters on Mandatory Voting

This week, the Connecticut Law Tribune board published their article regarding civic duty voting.

They wrote: "In a Democracy, how crazy would it be to require people to vote? Former Connecticut Secretary of State Miles Rapoport raised that question recently at the Capitol in testimony before the Government Administration and Elections Committee. He wasn’t asking the question idly; he’d deeply researched the matter and even written a book about making voting a civic requirement."
